Growing up, Eunice watched her grandmother bake traditional Filipino delicacies such as bibingka, puto, and ensaymada. She developed a love for the craft and continued to experiment with her own recipes, adding her own identity to the traditional flavors.
From humble beginnings, Eunice began selling her baked goods at local markets and events, and word of mouth quickly spread. Her passion for baking and her commitment to quality and authenticity resonated with customers, and soon enough, Eunice Bakery became a household name across the Filipino community.
